USING PROMO CODES

Promotional codes can be applied during checkout. They are not valid on sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

RETURNS

We hope you love your goodies. We would also love to make any returns easy for you. Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances:

·          Return is initiated within 14 days of your receipt of purchase

·          Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged

·          Item remains in its original packaging and has all tags intact

·          For reasons of hygiene, underwear is final sale and may not be returned

·          Sale items may not be returned

To make a return, please first email customerservice@lolahaze.com. Please include your name, billing address, telephone number, PO number, reason for return or exchange. Please return your item in its original packaging via a trackable and insured carrier. Shipping must be prepaid. COD will not be accepted.

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. If a refund is due, a credit for the original purchase price will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you used a limited time discount or promo code on your returned item, it may not be reissued or reused. If you used a gift certificate or credit as your original form of payment, your refund will be issued in the same form.

* Important Note: We reserve the final approval on all returns and have the right to refuse a return if you attempt to return an item without meeting the above criteria.

RETURNS OF FAULTY SHIPMENTS

We take every measure to ensure your item is of the highest quality. If you feel you have received the wrong order or that your item is faulty, please email customerservice@lolahaze.com. Please include your name, billing address, telephone number, PO number, and description of the issue. If your item is deemed to be the wrong order or faulty, we will be happy to pay for return shipping and to replace your item.

SHIPPING

We ship within the 50 United States by FedEx for a flat rate of $10 per order. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process and ship your order (for in-stock items).

We ship internationally by the United States Postal Service for a flat rate of $45.  The recipient is responsible for all customs and duty fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier may collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Refusals - If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer (the party ordering the goods) and will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

Delivery to APO, FPO, DPO and all U.S. and International P.O. Boxes is not currently available.

You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

TAXES

Sales tax will be charged according to the shipping address.  No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Certificate.
